Registration & Document Submission

 
Registrations will be handled by the Local Organising Committee.
For registration it is necessary to fill out electronic forms (link below) by July 8, 2013.

The conference fee is £300 covering conference material, lunches, coffee breaks, reception and conference dinner.
Invited speakers will be withdrawn the conference fee. A reduced fee option might be available for PhD students, please apply by e-mail to lynda.lee@ccfe.ac.uk when submitting your poster.

Please note that your registration will only be effective when your payment has been received successfully. Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail.

The conference fee of £300 is a contribution to cover conference venue and material, lunches, coffee breaks, reception, and conference dinner. This is outside the scope of UK VAT, therefore VAT invoices will not be issued. Receipts will be issued on request.
Our Vat registration number is GB570101391.

Sterling payments by bank transfer are accepted, on the basis of all costs paid by the sender. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a surcharge of 4.5%. All the necessary bank account information or card payment details request will be sent to you once your registration has been received


To submit a document (i.e.: abstract) it is first necessary to register to the conference:

1. Pre registration with direct abstract submission.
